BPW ECO Air is the latest running gear generation for moderate on- and offroad use. A patent-pending high-tech laser process means that the clamped, modular air suspension mounting can be combined with a round axle beam. That is because it is designed both for high axle loads and for specialist applications. With its overload capability and high roll stability (for example, by means of additional U-stabilisers), it is BPW's most robust air suspension. W-suspensions designed by BPW for tandem axles are extremely well suited to use under even the harshest conditions. Whether on roads or tracks, in arctic or tropical climates – these robust and durable multi-leaf suspensions ensure reliable transport of goods. The W-suspensions, which have proven their worth in tough off-road applications, are delivered ready for installation and can be mounted easily by bolting them together.

Whether it's rough or mountainous terrain, weather or environmental influences: all of these things place extreme demands on the driver, the cargo and the trailer. This is especially true for the brakes that are directly exposed to these influences. The unique offset tappet design ensures that the forces and torques on the brake lining are perfectly balanced – for even brake wear, a long service life for brake linings and therefore lower operational costs. Despite its powerful performance and sturdiness, the ECO Disc still manages to be extremely lightweight. It is one of the lightest brakes on the market with an additional four kilograms of weight savings per axle. Given the fact that the disc brakes can be changed easily without disassembling the calliper, you can benefit from a time saving of up to three hours on a three-axle trailer compared to conventional solutions from competitors.
